Hannah provides consulting services for organisations looking to improve their workplace culture and communication around disability, accessibility and inclusion.

There are many barriers people with disabilities face in the workplace, sometimes it’s hard to know where to begin.

Accessibility is more than simply ramps and elevators (though they are super important). Scrutinising the way your company communicates is key to creating an inclusive environment.

How are you running meetings, both in person and online?
What are your emergency procedures and are they accessible for all?
Are your clients receiving information in accessible ways?

If you don’t have the lived experience of a disability, it’s impossible to see the barriers.

Don’t wait for someone to find it inaccessible before taking action. Let’s work together!
